How about this, we have a scientist as the science minister. The people put in these minister positions all for the most part seem out of touch with what they should actually be doing. Going to school in a scientific field doesn’t qualify you for this job, doing a PhD in basic science does. Just like being a farmer doesn’t qualify you to run the largest and most controversial economy in Canada. But thats a different story
